Track protein and strength training in one app

For a muscle gain goal, bring your food and workout records together in CalX. Review logged protein and other nutrients alongside your activity.

Weight progress in CalX.

Protein in the context of your meals

View estimated protein, carbohydrates, fat and calories for each meal, then check the daily total on your dashboard. Keep your intake information together instead of splitting it across separate diaries.

Meals and workouts in the same place

CalX lets you record activities, including strength training, and review their history. Your workout record complements the food diary. Estimated calories burned do not measure how much muscle you have gained.

A history you can revisit

Review weigh-ins, meals and activities over time. Progress photos provide a visual record of your journey. PDF or Excel exports bring together data you can keep or share as you choose.

Getting started in CalX

  1. Choose the muscle gain goal in your profile.
  2. Log meals and review protein alongside the other macros.
  3. Record workouts and revisit your progress history.
